1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the tg7721 website at tg7721.net, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and any associated software or services made available by tg7721.
• "Member" / "Account Holder" means any natural person who has successfully completed the tg7721 registration process and whose account has been approved by the Company.
• "Account Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's tg7721 account at any given time, including real-money balances and any bonus credits separately identified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins value, or reload credits awarded to a Member by tg7721 under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Member must bet the value of a bonus (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by tg7721 in compliance with applicable regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary government body regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the currency in which tg7721 account balances are denominated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the tg7721 Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, together with tg7721's Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform from time to time. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and tg7721.

2.2 If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your tg7721 account by contacting our support team.

2.3 tg7721 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. We will endeavour to notify active Members of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

2.4 This Agreement was last updated and is effective as of 1 January 2026.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The tg7721 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. tg7721 enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using tg7721 is lawful in your jurisdiction. tg7721 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. By registering, you represent that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or are physically located.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one (1) tg7721 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.4 Accurate Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate account termination.

3.5 KYC Verification

tg7721 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory KYC completion. Refusal to provide requested documents may result in account suspension.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tg7721 username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or permit any other person to access your account. tg7721 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

tg7721 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify tg7721 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.3 Account Dormancy

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. tg7721 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Members will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

4.4 Account Currency

All tg7721 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank will be credited in PHP. tg7721 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

tg7721 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name are prohibited. tg7721 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.2 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your tg7721 account, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification to the required level; (b) have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds; (c) have complied with all terms of this Agreement; and (d) have a verified payment method registered in your own name.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

tg7721 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to GCash within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required. tg7721 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds.

5.4 Minimum & Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the tg7721 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. VIP Members may be eligible for enhanced limits subject to individual arrangement.

5.5 Payment Method Consistency

Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. tg7721 reserves the right to require withdrawals via a specific method for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by tg7721 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail solely in respect of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your tg7721 account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Real-money funds deposited into your account are not subject to wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used or have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement within the specified validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

tg7721 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on low-risk game combinations solely to satisfy Wagering Requirements; opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotions. Determination of bonus abuse is at tg7721's sole discretion.

6.5 Bonus Eligibility

tg7721 reserves the right to restrict the eligibility for any promotion to specific Members, regions, game types, or account tiers at any time and without obligation to provide a reason. tg7721 may withdraw or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

7.1 Random Number Generation

All tg7721 casino games — including slots, virtual table games, and number games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by our game providers. This ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by any prior results, account history, or platform configuration.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

tg7721's live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers. The rules applicable to each live game variant are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a live game session, tg7721 will resolve the outcome in accordance with the game provider's applicable rules.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error, system malfunction, or obvious software or hardware fault that affects the outcome of a game, tg7721 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes to Members' accounts. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. tg7721 shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from game malfunctions.

7.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets offered through tg7721 are subject to individual bet settlement rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. tg7721 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or apply rule 4 deductions in accordance with standard sportsbook practices. Odds are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tg7721 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using a tg7721 account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Opening or using more than one tg7721 account (multi-accounting);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game type, including live poker;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform's software to obtain funds or advantages;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including charge-back fraud on deposits;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity or in violation of applicable AML laws;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable load on the Platform's infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tg7721 staff or other Members.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the tg7721 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game content, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of tg7721 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content; (b) reverse-engineer any software component of the Platform; (c) use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Platform; or (d) use the tg7721 brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of tg7721's intellectual property is a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tg7721 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; (c) losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform; or (d) losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside tg7721's reasonable control.

10.2 tg7721's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to tg7721 in the ninety (90) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude tg7721's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

10.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tg7721 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any information displayed thereon.

11 Privacy & Data

11.1 tg7721 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 tg7721 may share your personal data with regulatory and law enforcement bodies as required by applicable Philippine law, including for AML and KYC compliance purposes.

11.3 You have certain rights in respect of your personal data under applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Details of how to exercise these rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

12.1 tg7721 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Members. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account, including configurable deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

12.2 Self-exclusion allows a Member to voluntarily restrict access to their tg7721 account for a defined period or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, tg7721 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the excluded Member from accessing their account. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the elected period has expired.

12.3 tg7721 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21 years of age. We support parental control software and encourage parents and guardians to use available tools to prevent minors from accessing online gaming content.

12.4 If you believe your gambling is causing you or others harm, please visit our dedicated Responsible Gaming page for detailed guidance, self-assessment tools, and referrals to support organisations. tg7721 will never pressure a Member to continue playing or to reverse a self-exclusion or limit request.

13 Termination & Account Closure

13.1 Termination by tg7721: tg7721 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) tg7721 is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; (c) tg7721 has reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful purposes; or (d) tg7721 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk.

13.2 Voluntary Closure: A Member may request closure of their tg7721 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be settled and any applicable wagering requirements completed. tg7721 will endeavour to process account closure requests within five (5) business days.

13.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all licences granted under this Agreement shall immediately cease. Bonus funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements will be forfeited on termination. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and any regulatory requirements.

14 Amendments to this Agreement

14.1 tg7721 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on the tg7721 Platform at tg7721.net/terms-conditions.

14.2 Where tg7721 makes material changes to this Agreement, we will endeavour to notify active Members via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect. For non-material changes, the updated Agreement will be effective immediately upon publication.

14.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and tg7721, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Members are encouraged to contact tg7721 support in the first instance to seek resolution.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being raised, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

15.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent tg7721 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
